As posted from the raging bull thread does anybody KNOW what the new regulations concerning the reporting of BB stocks is and if so will BNEZ meet the deadlines and requirements or we could end up on the "pink sheets"?

I think you misunderstood the idea. BNEZ is not inviting anyone. The shareholders interested enough in BNEZ would be inviting Mr. Ben Ezra and Mr. Weinstein and perhaps an employee or two to visit. There is no intention whatsoever of yelling at anyone, and, besides, if that were to occur, it would occur at a first official meeting anyway. Maybe the reasoning here is wrong. But, what is the problem with polling shareholders on this thread and also by word of mouth to see if there is interest in an *unofficial* meeting, and then trying to put something together? I honestly don't see the harm in making the effort. Mitchell went to visit Mr. Ben Ezra and Mr. Weinstein. So, why not a group?
