I have an idea.
How about making a pool among some of us and BUY 1.000.000 shares and request the certificates right away.
It's only $ 240.000. I am sure we can come up with that money.
Let's see how the MM's get those shares.
I am also working on my side to see how I can get that money.

Also, right now I'm calling my broker, I want him to find out with the MM's if they can get me 1.000.000 shares and provide me with the certificate right away.
I know I can get the money, but I want to make sure I can get what I want.
It's my understanding that placing the order with the request of the certificate, we can get it in three days.
