The share issue bothers me, too, in that the header for this thread says the float is 1.8M shares but the president of the company has it millions of shares higher. However, I'm not convinced at all that Calkins has lied about anything. It seems to me that at one time the float was 1.8M and then Calkins did some wheeling-and-dealing with PR firms (in which it is customary to pay in stock, not cash) and now the float has increased.

So if someone talked to Calkins two months ago and he said the float was 1.8M he was telling the truth--and if someone talked to Calkins today and heard the float was now 3.5M that was also telling the truth. That's the way I see it. We may not be happy that the float changed, but I don't see that we were lied to.

In the bigger picture, I have believed all along that earnings will tell the story with PLRP. Apparently, people don't believe the earnings are going to be all that good since the stock price has fallen from the .40's to around .16 in less than two months. All I'm saying is that if good earnings come out and the stock still drops, then--and only then --will I begin to panic!

Next week I plan on wiring money to my Ameritrade account and if the ask price stays low enough I can push my share count into the xxx,xxx area.

Pacel is one kick-ass stock in my opinion. Those who place their bets here and wait long enough will not regret it.
