Com On JHILD. Your a smart guy. Often times companies will bring in consultants and want to keep it hush hush. The Company bring in the consultants or serivces.They do not want to advertise that there is something that the company can do as well as someone else. No need to advertise this weakness untill it has been turned into a strenth.
