I had a long talk to Calkins. He assured me that the Numbers quoted were correct and that there would be no dillution. I stressed that point over and over. I said what often happens in PennStocks is that the CEO tells you that there will be no Dillution and then turns around and starts issueing shares. He said that WILL NOT happen here. That his plan was to do a secondary offering in MARCH for $5. So he could get listed on the Big Board. He told me that ANY dillution would hurt his goal!. So he lied to me. Now if I can get a pop on this stock I will sell in a heart beat!

Hey all,
I just had a short little talk with Dave Calkins. I mentioned to him that I am a computer programmer in my day job and a follower of the SI thread on Pacel and would he be willing to let me come in someday to look at Visual Writer and do some sort of write-up for the thread.

He said yes. I told him that I'm a big supporter of the stock and that I couldn't understand why the price was going down. He said, "You're not the only one."

He made it clear to me that he wouldn't pay me for any review I did on Visual Writer. I told him (honestly) that that thought never crossed my mind. I said that if the stock price ever goes up, I will consider myself paid in full. He kind of chuckled at that and said OK.

I also told him that with the shares I have in PLRP that I intended to be a long-term stockholder. With that in mind, part of the joy in visiting will be just to shake the hand of the man in charge of the company.

So I'll call him next week to set up a time.
Hey hey!
Ciao,
Chris
