This is a fast moving company that is growing very quickly. We have no way of knowing that without financial reporting. It is disingenuous to suggest that not reporting is in shareholder interest. If it truly is in shareholder interest that they don't report, then that would imply that such a report would depress share prices. Go ahead bury your head in the sand on this issue.

There is a problem with the Domain Name PAN AMERICAN I'm not sure "Domain" is the right term, but there is plenty of reason to believe that they may have difficulty using PanAmerican: panam.com Specifically PanAmerican Bank. But isn't it always something with these guys. I wonder what's the next excuse? Maybe they will take a page from the EDII book and excerpt a bit of the financials in a PR and then say the lawyer got in a traffic accident and won't be able to file with the SEC for a while.
