Brian,

I'm watching the cash and I find the first serious resistance around 5.50 to 5.60, so that would translate to about another two full basis points lower in the contracts. But, I'll still stay short even then until I get an indication from the market that the bonds want to go back up, not just a bear rally. How will I know the difference? The way prices react in the rally as a function of the level from which they begin their rally.
