Terry, you are being level headed. Yes, anyone can hope for this to turn out for the best. Hope is an entirely different statement than what Dan has made. The concern I have at this time is what action the authorities will take. Companies which have put out bogus releases have been halted as a course of action. RMIL was halted for this reason for example on December 22, 1997. Liquidity of one's investment is basically gone. What we say on this thread will have no bearing on whether or not the authorities take action or not, but it is fair to new and current shareholders that they be aware of this possibility as a balance to other viewpoints that this may be a good buy. Those that read this thread have the opportunity to consider everything before making their own decision, which hopefully is part of the purpose of the thread. Management created this problem, not the shareholders nor the posters.
