There is no voting at this point only a group of scammed share holders trying to gather a consensus of opinion. Any "voting" would be directed through legal representation of shareholders. I'm not parting with another penny one way or the other. Either the SEC findings warrant further legal action or they don't, if that's the case the shell can stand on it's own In the meantime a shell with this murky pedigree becomes a mute point. Unless one knows another group of scam artists. Bite me.....I don't want anything to do with the pump and dump crowd. Just my opinion!

True a Clean shell is worth about 250 to about 400 thousand. But if the shell is cleaned isnt it possible to do a reverse merger with a legitimate company???..Isnt that much better...Ive heard that reverse mergers happen and that it is legal. If the SEC doesnt get our money back shouldnt we get a backup plan in place? Shouldnt there be a backup in place no matter what happens? Or can I pass on my tax write offs to my Grandkids?
