TO ALL CANADIANS: Had to post this joke, but it's not a joke. The CRTC wants to regulate the Internet. Now that should be a fun job!!! How many millions of people are they going to hire? efc.ca Excerpt: But the CRTC does state that one way to promote Canadian culture could be to force Internet access companies to contribute to a fund for developing new Canadian media products and services. Such a tax could raise Internet access charges for consumers and businesses. What a joke!!
