I think it's only right. He didn't do anything about fixing your LT cap gains problem, so he should step down. He's caused you enough pain, Tom! :-)

Btw... I had a surprise in my accounting s/w where I plot realized gains and unrealized gains in 2 separate charts. Unrealized gains move all over the chart depending on the market conditions, but since I first started using AIM I'm accustomed to my realized gains only moving up. My realized gains are computed on a FIFO basis and I'm finally now getting into the area where I was buying more expensive shares which are offset with current sells at lower prices. What I shock that was! I thought that chart would go up forever! :-)

Nonetheless, I still have significant improvement in profits for the year and am within a very small amount of recovering last years high. Last year was a very fortunate year for me because of just 2 stocks, so it was an artificial record. Recovering that ground has taken over a year (7/97 -> 10/98). yes, Steve, I'm still writing on the board:
