<<WCII quietly buying into a larger position? >>

It would be impossible for WCII to 'quietly' buy. They would first need to get permission from the WCII debtholders, and this information would get out. Additionally, if WCII were to be buying more, a 13D would need to be filed before the 10th, which is tomorrow. Finally, if WCII were to be buying, its purchases would be limited to just another 2% of ARTT shares, so as to not trigger the poison pill.
