I have followed the MVEE story for some time now. Time for some truths. (1) The Limited Partnership that was created by G/G as well as Richard Bach of Alexander Wescott did not raise "ONE PENNY". (2) The Market makers and Retail clients of Alexander Wescott are eagerly waiting to sell their stock as soon as it crosses 10-15 cents. (3) Capitalism is a promoter - paid early on in stock, he is related to Peter Benz, CFO of MVEE. (4) The G/G MVEE deal is only good if Rick Bach(a short in every deal he's in) can keep raising money from reluctant investors, who are already very bored with this story. (5) G/G are accepting funds from any one who will put money into their "has-been" productions.Transalated - MVEE will see Zero or as close to Zero as G/G can fiddle it. (6) The Bibyan law suit is not as serious as most believe, however G/G's past SEC censures and fiduciary mismanagement has made it very difficult for them to find finds. (7) MVEE @90,000,000 Shares outstanding will never make any one a penny. The only people who made money are 504 purchasers who raised $1.5 right at the start of this fiasco. Milken did not blow up the Cannon Group - Yorum Globus and Menachen Golan did with their book-cooking !!!! PRICK BACH & ALEXANDER WESCOTT are the real problem here. Someone call the Wescott crew and ask them how much has been raised for their client ........or how they plan to capitalize the next movies that GG intend to make ......? More "out of territory" 504 offerings i suppose.How much bigger can this float get ? Regards, IPSO FACTO
