That's the nice thing about pcdata paulie, it consolidates for acquisition.

I'm not going to bother with your misunderstanding of share counts and accounting anymore it's not worth the time. I suggest you go on dreaming your dreams, and fantasizing about TLC's downfall. But if you're not short, what's your motivation for all of your work on these threads? How long ago were you fired by softkey? Still bitter, or still can't find a job?

By the way, what did you think of Paul Wick's comments about TLC in today's barrons?

I hate to pile on like this Paul BUT..

While only one of the analysts in all the reports Tom posted links to did an analysis of year-over-year growth including the effect of all ten acquisitions/mergers, that was the source of the 18% growth figure that you are using. Most of the others analysts were using 50% growth numbers which I admit are misleading.
