Check out this thread during the trading day and look at the number of posts from tom trader, Patrick Slevin, and SE....on any given day... Subject 8128 Is that SPAM? Ask Cheeky how SPAM was applied to him and see if that application is in your interpretation... " RE: Libel. If someone said that I had inside information from my friend at xxx company and shorted it based on that information and he intended to damage my reputation in order to harm my social standing among my peers or my ability to earn money, and it's not true, it's libel. Write Bob and ask him how he handles libel since he won't address it via the public forum. btw, Bob....I wonder if your posture would be the same if someone on SI said you were charged with insider trading by the SEC???? or someone said Brad Dryer was a convicted felon.....or someone said Jill McKinney was under suspicion and investigation for fraud by the SEC and the Attorney General, etc...(THOSE STATEMENTS ARE NOT TRUE...THEY ARE JUST USED FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES)
