Michael: Bubble? BUBBLE? Oh don't say that word on the Yahoo thread... I kinda like cash these days, but it doesn't bubble. Or burst. DNP is interesting- it's a bucket of dividend stuff including corporate bonds, telecom, foreign stocks and REITs. And yes, it is now selling at a premium to NAV, I would not be a new buyer here. Re Royce: At least Royce is honest (for the industry) and tells people what he is/isn't doing. And the downside risk is minimal. I don't own GAM or AMO, thanks for your wisdom. What convertible fund(s) do you like best at the right price- BCV? Do you know of any of the convertible funds that are into REIT convertibles? Do you like REITs? TIA, Bonnie
