Yeah I know that Kumar guy is one of the most conservative of among all the analysts not only with Dell but all the companies he follows. But it is interesting to note that he is still the most bullish of all analysts following DELL,if I recall correctly he still has a "STRONG BUY" on Dell $0.27 or not. Actually his analysis is a lot better than the other guys as they tend to go 'ga-ga' with the numbers whether it is to the + side or to the - side. I strongly believe that is one of the reasons many of the stocks have fallen so hard in recent times.
