LOL! Niels, that dry sense of humor, too much. Well we know for sure that they were out of compliance on 8/24. Let's assume they got their letter right around then. Add 90 days to that we're talkin' Xmas Eve. Think of it as a stocking full of coal courtesy of the Nasdaq. I could be a little off and it might not be until sometime in January. But it will be before the next slug of financing is due to come in on Jan. 31st. RACE could try to speed that up or get money somewhere else but things are dire and RACE has absolutely zero (less than zero or less than absolute zero) leverage in any negotiations. If RACE gets delisted the penalties kick in on the converts and you can stick a fork in them. drakes353
