Yeah, heh heh. If I were Lanfranco I would be a bit nervous right now. In Mexico (match races), if you lose you get shot!! He seemed oblivious to what he was doing to that horse and how Swain was reacting. I was just thinking about football players, watching a ball carrier racing towards the goal line and being pursued by a defense tackle. Could we make the ball carrier run faster by whipping him? I would think it could take his mind off running. A quick encouragement, or a reminder, maybe, but...hey, Lanfranco! - and besides it was publicly posted for all to see, oh woes for him.
