I believe Malcolm Lindsay mentioned that there was a contest on Yahoo where you could buy and sell (virtual) stocks.

I spend so much time on SI that I haven't had the time to research it though.

There are a couple of sites that offer trading games. Free. So I doubt you could charge very much for entry, unless there was a really good prize pool.

Sites with games, rules vary.
