To Bill A long time ago maybe couple years or maybe more a company was formed that started out in the industry as an enterprise in the PC/Electronic and Hardware business,As the company grows and as the company expanded through the ages,it aquired certain debts and certain obligations that it carries today,Sure If you think Frank only values
FTEL at 10 cents and the company would give him back pay at 5 a share then so be it.It does not matter because It will probably be defered an even greater length of time.Mr Frank may even one day cash in on his thing. My suggestion is we let the next 6 months play out and see just where we are,A stand alone company is very possible but as soon as either FTEL oe FNET is in the black then the SEC allows stock buy backs and we could see a smaller float and better capitalization.Right now cheap stock is good in the bank as the increase in value will only come from the added value of Frank and or FTEL selling out to the VC.
