Almost everything here is designed to confuse... The 1st Miracle grp was reversed in North American Fitness (the shell co), the first 504 was done simultainiously with the reverse. The Magic Entertaiment Co is the production company. This is where the real jiggery pockery in the books will occur 1st Miracle Pictures - yet another set of books for gaming with ... all good fun ......no ? IPSO

I see the penny is dropping ,,,,, yet 60 million are held by insiders right? So isn't this how G&G are planning to do rather well... If they could get the price above $2.00 and stabilise it there with reasonable revenues and then slowly sell their holdings into the market - then they could do very nicely. And we would too! You know . its strange ----G/G never sold ONE share of Cannon ....EVER !!!!! You know why ? .... because in the beginning they didn't control the inside stock. Now we have been told that the revenues from the films they are now making are what will finance the next set of films.... so if we don't see much revenue from these films then the show is over - no? I mean if G&G and private investors skim off the profits - then how will they explain the next set of films? SEARCH : Ponzi, Robert (Financer) Why have they even created MVEE? How much did they raise? Is that the only reason - to get few million capital needed to get some films out and then skim the profits and let the public company rot? $1,500,000 was raised and spent .......several other tranches of bridge money has since gone in ...more cheap stock im sure ...... If this $1.5 has all been used to finance then re-invest to again finance and re-invest etc then if 'winners' are produced and managed effectivly the MVEE stock will react on the speculation and foward earnings of coming bottom line profits ........ However, this is the movie business. THE GUY WITH THE FINANCING CALLS THE SHOTS. Unless someone can fund GG and let the planned volume of their production take place - mature - and funnel down to investors - then its all wheel spinning. On the other hand, If GG seriously clean up, they may attract some Wall street attention and stop living hand to mouth.The Public MVEE problem is different. The investor owns common in 90m float. Almost 2/3'rds of this float can be made available to the main market maker, investment banker, and a long time buddy of GG .....at very good pricing scales too. IPSO FACTO
