Drakes: I believe the reason the issue of delisting has not been brought up is because it is MOST unlikely that this would happen. The issue is not a surprise it has been around in print since 7/98. The issue of RACE being taken over at $30 also hasn't been raised, again not a likely occurence. The issues you raise are ALWAYS negative towards the company and it's stock price, and the issues you raise sometimes are VERY UNLIKELY OCCURENCES, but tend to scare people.

drakes, As usual, you enjoy quoting out of context, seems that you left out the introductory paragraph! - As for Drakes, elementary Logic will provide direction. Assume for a minute that Drakes has no position in RACE, coupled with his stated Investment Preference for the "Short Side" which is entirely his right to choose just like @ the Craps Table. You also confirmed the above with your response... I have never, ever, touted this or any other stock. Logic thus dictates that you like to "Play the Short Side", again, entirely your choice in investing. also, ... my posting activity picks up around conversion time When logic tells us that you Shorted the Stock of interest. Max, my friend, logic & you are not on a first name basis. I'm not short, I'm not fronting for a large short. I don't know anyone that is currently short this stock. As a ringleader in a Short Stock Circle and one who has recommended shorting RACE right along on SI, Logic 101 tells us that you also employ Trojan Horse tactics!!! My only interest here is for a free flow of information. Positives and negatives need to be discussed to make informed investment decisions. I'll give you that one drakes, you do an admirable job presenting your side, however, with 36 Posts on SI since Nov. 1st and about as many on Yaho, and AOL, or about 110 RACE Posts in 9 days you are a busy little bee, yet you profess no interest in RACE and like us to believe that you are just a provider of free advice; once again logic 101 prevails!!!
