Limtex,

I will pass on Question 1 and Question 2.

Regarding MMC, capacity is now 16 MB with retail cost set at $49.00 which I find cheap seeing that I paid $139.00 for a 15 MB CompactFlash card about 7 months ago! During the conference call I believe Eli mentioned that the digital telecommunications architecture still needs updating to support rapid transmissions of things like faxes or web pages and this may hold up MMC. In Europe where there is one digital standard the MMC card may take hold first. My understanding is that we still have a hybrid of analog and digital phone infrastructure in the US.

The Diamond Multimedia Rio! is the first available digital (solid state) walkman and competitors will likely produce models with removable storage such as MMC. You will probably be able to get most of a music CD in .mp3 format on in 35 to 40 MB of storage. Currently there is a lot of concern about copyright laws and internet "sharing" of digitized music which may put a wrench in the gears. I think it is currently an untapped market which may open up new avenues for SanDisk.
