It is my recollection that the Preferred D (Blanchard Group) couldn't convert (sell) for at least a year. PPPS: He also said he was in it for the long haul.

If you believe what you say then short the living bejesus(sp) out of the stock. I couldn't care less. I believe it would be the wrong move, but do what you like.

This negativism that you bring to the thread I actually view as helpful. The expectations will be nill for Data Race. You will have people believeing the "sky is falling" and when that doesn't happen or good things happen, it will create quite an updraft on the stock.

Thanks.

Drakes - I'm going to try to put this as eloquently as possible.

I received a call today from a friend that lives out on your side of the Eastern seaboard - may even be your next door neighbor for all I know but I've known him for a year and he's a straight shooter. He won't issue pump statements, he's more into the networking developments of the world as I am.

Anyhow he relayed a request to me from John Liviakis for you to call him and John will be glad to explain where you're right and where you're coming up with quite a few misconceptions in your "posts" to the threads.

Use that "don't show caller ID" code that you can type in first and give him a call - I think you and he both deserve to spend a few minutes talking about a few things. John's number is on every recent press release and since he runs on Pacific time he's usually there until well after 5 PM your time.

Be sure to say Hi! to him, I haven't talked to him in a month but I will be shortly to see if you had the guts to do so yourself.
