I think what is in question is the agreement to market Touch of Nature through Sweet Factory Stores. Has Mr. VanderKellen been in contact with Sweet Factory as the press release indicated??

Come on Spidey ... reach back under your rear, grab your ears and pull your head out ... You KNOW that FBN BSB'ers never talk to anyone who would be in a position to REALLY KNOW. They talk to clerks and receptionists and drivers, etc. While back, they called a Canadian Company to verify that a gentleman had been the COO of one of their subsidiaries ... of course the new girl did not know anything about it, but it was dutifully reported to the thread that they had shown another person was lying about this credentials ... of course, the man in question had indeed been the COO for one of the major companies subsidiaries, and had actually headed their European Branch, but that wasn't important in finding the truth. The important aspect was that the FBN BSB'ers had unmasked another evil entrepreneur ... BTW, whatever you put up for Forthright's lawyer ... I'll match ... that is unless there is another mysterious 'motion to dismiss' that we've failed to find... but, isn't it customary for any legal beagle with an ounce of brains to file a continuous series of motions, with or without grounds.
