They talk to clerks and receptionists and drivers, etc.

Under what category does the Court Order signed by the judge fall?

OK, Hogger, here's your chance to be a hero! Call the LV Federal District Court: 702-388-6351. Press "2" and then "2" to get the clerk's office. Ask for Bonnie, Judge George's clerk, although she usually answers the phone directly.

Now, drumroll, ask her if case CVS9801247LDG(RLH) has an ACTIVE MOTION TO DISMISS filed on it. Then, if you have the guts, report back what you are told.

So, care to learn the TRUTH for once?
