Is Henry Grausz's 6 million share position being squeezed?

If it is. Who or whom is benefitting?

If a 4 million share buyback were implemented would it prevent someone or somebody from getting Grausz's 6 million shares at these bankrupt levels?

John,
A stock split (2 for 1, 3 for 1 etc) is designed to enhance liquidity via a higher share count. Think of a reverse split as the opposite. A float of less than 1M shares will not create a more liquid market whether you list on the NASD, NYSE or Istanbul. Spreads will be wide and it will be difficult to enter and exit, just as it is currently. Further, I believe there are listing requirements concerning shares outstanding, as well as market value.
A better bet would be to wait if/when the stock gets to higher levels and attempt a listing at that point with a less onerous split.
