1. I have been involved in stocks where he is the president so I have spoken to him. I have made and obviously lost money. 2. No, never and never will. 3. MVEE was not a shell. All they did was a name change. I know they have raised money for various purposes but at what prices I do not. 4. I was under the impression the company made the decision to fund the first several movies and shelved the LP. 5. MVEE shareholders are better off without a limited partnership. They will not have to share the profits. 6.I do not have a clue. Mr. Benz might be able to tell you. The fact that you do not like this company is fine with me.
