hogger unless it has been "granted" it is meaningless. this is why i ask janice about her "several" motions to dismiss. each denied. this is penny stock basher justice. if motion was granted case would be dismissed! lololol!

Hogger, ol' Spidey has devoted 29 posts to try to hoodwink people into thinking there was not an "active motion to dismiss" pending for AZNT's federal court case: techstocks.com

In #reply-6347006, upon talking to the clerk of the court, you conclude "but this motion to dismiss is probably (according to her memory) still active".

Now that you have conclusively proven to yourself that Spidey has lied, and lied repeatedly, how does this change your opinion on him and on AZNT as an investment?
