So some obvious questions are: 1)How many of those responders came in at the 10% level as opposed to the 74% level? I would be less enthusiastic if most people just barely made the cutoff for 'response' 2) What was the degree of stenosis before treatment? Do people show the most response if lesions are tighter? 3) What results could be expected if light exposure was varied? Study not yet done. 4) What about any improvement in clinical symptoms? We still have a long way to go.
