Hey Spideeey, Don't forget to COPY the post before he can erase it. Before any "MOTION" CAN BE GRANTED, there should be a hearing...and the judge will listen to BOTH parties, if such MOTION is legit or not.....I called the clerk of court today and guess what....there was NO HEARING held for the said MOTION.....what does this tell you....... THEY ARE LYING! DESPERATE TIMES NEEDS DESPERATE ACTIONS! They know that they are all GOING DOWN! ROTFLMAO!
