Oh wow. You really are even more braindead than I thought. Scarcely seems possible. We are NOT talking about the motion to dismiss here. We are not, in fact, talking about any motion. We are talking about a judgment on the part of the court to compel an arbitration hearing between AZNT and WellRich.

I finally have to ask: how do you guys get dressed in the morning all by yourselves? Thank God for Velcro, I guess.
