janice,
it is still called a MOTION!
bEFORE YOU CAN CHANGE ANYTHING ON AN EXISTING "ORDER", a MOTION has to be filed. Then that motion will be listened to by BOTH parties....and not just the DEFENDANT. The Judge then decides whether to sign that motion into an ORDERor not.....well, guess what....NONE OF THOSE HAPPENED TODAY!.........still don't get it do you?

Anyway....here's my last tip...........
Go to the nearest library or do a search on the web for "MOTION".
It should tell you how the LEGAL system works.....ooops, i forgot, you are in Milan....LMAO!

You are the BRAINDEAD HERE! It is sooooo OBVIOUS!

For all the doubters out there, On November 9th 1998 Motion to compel
arbitration has been granted in a Federal District Court of Law. Where's
your foot now Spidey? I bet it's in your mouth.
