Oh my, Rico. Guess you missed the documents that were briefly posted here about a month ago. The filing for the court compel, you know. The rest of us read 'em. Maybe the Wellrich people will let us put 'em back up now.

That is not what Jihad is saying happened. JJ's said that the "Motion was Granted." That means that the Judge made a RULING on the existing motion and found in favor of the plaintiff, the one who filed the motion. Now if that is not the case and someone acts on what JJ posted, it WOULD have very serious legal implications,
