Interesting news. Marchese has shorted more shares? Today?? If true, it would seem that he is calling Sylvers bluff (if indeed that is what it is). Interesting how spidey changes his tune every time he's caught in a new lie. Tallk about twisting.

Hoggie.... Before any MOTION can be granted.....there should always be a hearing! NO MATTER WHAT! The judge will listen to the MOTION and see if it is LEGIT! Since there was no "hearing" today, THEN THERE'S NO MOTION AT ALL! These guys are stupid and very desperate. They probably thought that no one knows or has an idea of how the legal system works. here is how it works....in very simple terms...... If there is an EXISTING ORDER, and the "defendants" involved does not agree on it, they should file a "MOTION" in court. Once filed, it is considered ACTIVE. BUT and only BUT....it MEANS NOTHING, even if it is ACTIVE. It only means that IT WAS FILED. Then the hearing is set or what is known as COURT DATE. Then during the hearing, the JUDGE listens to the plaintiff who filed the Motion. DURING THE HEARING, BOTH PARTIES SHOULD BE PRESENT! NO MATTER WHAT! BTW, before the court date, the notice of the said hearing is sent out to BOTH PARTIES and they are informed of the court date/appearance. Anyway, this should give you an idea of how it works...... GUESS WHAT......THERE WAS NO HEARING AND THERE WAS NO ORDER! Some people here on this board are really getting DESPERATE! What does that tell you! In a hurry right now...but I'm sure you get the idea.
