Zeev: While we may differ on the outlook for gold, I am in complete agreement with you on the equity markets. Short-term I am looking for another 200-300 points down on the Dow before a strong year-end rally.
Conmtinued wild speculation in the internet stocks could trigger a bigger correction of as much as 500 points.

Zeev,

Thank you for the detailed explanation, but one more issue I think you may have not considered. That is the HUGE amount of 401K/mutual fund influx that keeps getting plowed into the market. With fewer and fewer companies providing any decent pensions, people will just keep plowing money into the market. As to this any privatization of social security and we easily plow thru 10000 and onward in the next 5 years. I think that may have a MAJOR factor in the years to come.
