Thanks Austin. Hopefully he's not shuffled back too late for me.

One thing I still want to hear about is why the up to 5% dilution was agreed to by the Preferred's in exchange for the $10 Fixed Conversion price instead of $19.49 in the 8K Filing the other week?

What will be the alliance or partnership to create the need for the extra shares? And why would it pay for the Preferred's to accept a $10 Fixed Conversion Price in exchange for the up to 5% dilution of their shares when the stock was well below that figure thus allowing them to theoretically convert at a lower price anyway (retorical question)!?!

Just some food for thought.
