Seconds Out,

I have tried to read thru all that legalese gobbledy gook from the original agreement (why cant everyone write like Warren Buffet in his annual reports) and my impression is that only 25% of either 1.3 or 1.6 million shares are convertible November 25. Presuming GMGC continues to make alliances, $10 may not be a bad deal.

As far as dilution goes, arent the preferred conversions for A,B, and C series convertible into GMGC AUTHORIZED shares, not new subscriptions?

PS: I could easily be wrong. I have absolutely no patience with the inexcusably crappy language lawyers use to self-perpetuate their profession.
