I know of two people that have requested that the SEC check into whether or not Patrick accepted money/stock from Pacel without disclosure before November. If he did, he's toast.

From what I've read, the Visual Writer is wonderful. The question is...exactly how big is the market for this software? Hopefully, their advertising campaign will help sales.
