I have used Discover for about 1 1/2 years before opening a Brown acct. I am amazed at the speed of Brown's executions and reporting of trades. It is one of the cleanest interfaces I have ever seen. Last week there were some problems, which were very frustrating, due to the upgrade they did the prior week-end. The reps said they had to do the upgrade because they had outgrown their present system. Monday was frustrating because of loss of contact with the web site and long wait on phone. I did execute one trade via phone and got a call at 7:30 from Orlando giving me the execution. I think the Brown employees did a super job in a very difficult situation, having to phone in orders and having no computer network. Larry
