Concerning Forward PE's, Was reading somewhere (Excite News I think) that current earnings estimates are among the most divergent in recent history. It seems that the top down analysts have slow growth estimates, with earnings growing perhaps 4% 99/98. OTOH, bottom up analysts have far more optimistic analysts, with estimates around 16-17% increase. In the past few years the bottom up analysts have tended to be closer to correct than the top down analysts. Shane
