Dan if he did this with the intention of misleading the longs it is a criminal act and needs to be reported to the SEC....I am preparing a letter to the SEC about MR.Anthony@Pacific posts on this bbs!! If he is a market maker this seems at the very least unethical!! I am going to see if they will start an investigation into his activities!!

Since GERN news claimed they had "research breakthrough", then the CFO should not be "shocked" to see the increased volume and price. I believe you got the original quotes of the CFO, but it implied negative to their "breakthrough". I've seen a lot of "breakthrough" stuffs in the market before, better be careful.

Hey get a life ...write your letters,, and if and when the SEC ever contacts me......It is usually to thank me for my help..... "Be very careful you are all treading on the edges of liable, for defamation and slander ...I have sued posters on the net before for making comments such as yours and I can easily find out who you are .....so play nice ...Just because you are losing money and and there is nothing you can do to undo how dumb you all look ...you take out your rage upon me.....Who if you had listened to in the first place....you could have avoidded all this and maybe actually made some money... " I bought several thousand shares at 16...." " I bought in at 14 and ..." Etc.....go back and read the last 20 posts you each wrote and see who needs to be investigated. Then go back and read the last 20 I wrote....make an educated attempt at getting to the facts...instaed of all this weenie bumping and posturing..
