The thing that might help this stock the most is another oil embargo.
Wall street looks for earnings. We'll need the earnings to pay for going after the deadbeats not coughing up royalties or those that infringe on patents.
DVD is going to be big. I think it will be a viable format for a long time, especially when we all have DVD recorder/players. I've forgotten how much ECD is supposed to receive in royalties for each disc. Currently, DVD recorders are around $15K but within a few years they will be affordable to the masses. In the mean time aren't we receiving royalties on the rewritable CD's as well?
I don't know where the stock price is going near term, but I feel someday it will be selling for a lot more once revenues start accruing to the bottom line.
