Omer
I do not disagree with your assesment.
I just look at it with a different angle.

I see 1.some potential synergies between Agis and Pharmos.
2. Closer contact between Arkin and Aviv. since they already know each other so much better.
With closer interaction, and and cooperation both will benefit.

I also see Arkin as a potential Board member in Pharmos ESPECIALLY IF HE IS GOIN TO INCREASE HIS STAKE.
(He has my votes)
I DO NOT SEE THIS AS A HOSTILE TAKE OVER NOR A BUY OUT.

BUT AS A COMING TOGETHER.

Omer:

We are all speculating about what is going on !
The reality that even with Agis around we need to resolve the issue of Amatuer nature of PARS PR which is the reason that the stock is not selling at $4 at this time, and Agis gets to buy it on the cheap...

Just so we are on the Page, I attach an example from today, a Comapny has three news items (like PARS had 3 items in its' latest Release)

In such case the STANDARD is to issue three Press Releases:

1) Scripps October Revenues Increase 13 Percent - PR Newswire - 4:14 pm

2) Scripps Agrees to Sell Dallas Community Newspaper Group to Lionheart - PR Newswire - 4:12 pm

3) Scripps Share Repurchase Authorization Increased; Quarterly Dividend Declared - PR Newswire - 4:11 pm

In our case Pars will issue three relases:

1) revenue were $90,000 but order were $180,000
2) Pars reaches 5% share of market
3) Great progress on HU211 and others

I hope Omer that you will respond to this without the Customary "This is BS", as my comments are anything but BS

David
