hogger you are a smart guy. let me tell you this. first is this "active" motion to dismiss of BRUCE JUDD. we know there must be hearing for motion to be granted but judge can throw out this motion without hearing. this motion i think will not see hearing at this late time it will be thrown out without hearing maybe. next hearing is for return of stock. now for jihad. i tell you about letter wellrich send shareholders they solicit for stock. you must remember marcasse is short naked & still shorts. even yesterday he short naked through pacific intl.. remember that wellrich try to solicit stock on behalf of marcasse & this naked short. it is easy to see why janice post the things she does. she can not document jihads claims. what we see herar imo is group effort on behalf of marcasse.
