I was ready to flame Brown mercilessly yesterday until I found out about the fire. After last week my frustration level was high, and I figured with another weekend they could fix the problems. Well it seems they have. I traded heavily today, no problems. It's amazing how many clients came out of the woodwork to defend Brown & Co. here on SI during the last week. The benefit of the doubt is rarely given on these brokerage threads. This speaks highly of the company and bodes well for those of us who have recently or are just coming on board.
