I agree that certainly there are some future tax benefits associated with the neg equity. The disadvantage is that many of the institutional investors won't touch a stock with this type of BS BS. I may be halucinating but I think double to triple price without any major new bus. There is major operating leverage here. The only way I don't see big move up is if they have some expiring contracts exactly coinciding with Italy and Chile. What do you know about that.
