stevieboy, who do think you're fooling with your fast talking gibberish?? I told you nobody falls for your garbage anymore. You are an old story, discredited, disproved, and dismissed by any rational thinking person on this board. Let's take a little closer look at your "numbers" only we'll go a little slower so folks will follow it.

<<<concerning the loss of customers, read the 8k last year describing the purchase of Brite & VNN. The revenue numbers produced by both companies are included in the financials which are included in that 8k.

I have talked to the customers who left SRCM, I have been provided specifics of amounts of revenue that each customer produced. When subtracting that revenue from the total revenue of the Brite & VNN combined entities (total revenue taken from 8K) it is clear SRCM lost more than 50% of the total revenue produced by Brite & VNN.>>>

I don't understand why you ask me to read something when you could just post it yourself. Why make it so hard for people to find it themselves? At least put a link to it. You say you were provided with the amount of lost business but you don't post it, why not?

OK stevie, a little reality pal

<<<Since combined Brite and VNN cost SRCM $44.6 million, 1/2 of that amount would be $22.3 million. Thus we can assume SRCM blew over $22.3 million due to the customers that left.>>>

1. The combined deal was for 44 million. Brite was 35, and VNN was 9. There was no problem with VNN only Brite so there is only 35 million in question to start with.

2. The price paid was a multiple of sales for the business, I believe approx 4 times but I"m not sure. So now maximum lost business is 8,750,000. Next part of the contract was for noncompete. I'm not sure but figure another 3,500 000[10% of purchase price] so now we're down to 5,000,000 or so.

Now i'm not saying that's ok but it is a far cry from the 22.3 million pluvia claims is "lost business".

Not to mention new business added. We will see thursday.

The reason SRCM wrote off 25.9 million is because they wrote off all the goodwill associated with the purchase as well as the non compete clause as well as SOME lost business.

By the way, this is a main reason why nothing will come of the classless action suits in my opinion.

MW,

concerning the loss of customers, read the 8k last year describing the purchase of Brite & VNN. The revenue numbers produced by both companies are included in the financials which are included in that 8k.

stevieboy, this was less than 24 hours ago. Cover your position man, you're losing it . I am seriously concerned. It's not funny anymore, I feel like I'm picking on a defenseless animal here. I think you're too emotionally involved with the stock and i fear the price is going higher, lighten up.

stevie another one ,

<<<SRCM lost customers that they paid 25.9 million for. They lost 25.9 million, that's why they wrote off 25.9 million last Q. >>>

from your post #1548 also within the last 24 hrs. I can smell your desparation mounting.

"SRCM lost customers they paid 25.9 million for"

That is not a true statement and you did say it.
