recycle, not cheery news. any idea what happened to OUTW after the split? Yahoo currently shows no trades since 10/27 and last price at .75. No chart, but 52 week range is 1/2 to 6 1/4. Should we assume the high end of the range came after the split and that it suffered the usual reverse-split fate? In any event, a grim reference.

Have been in this for several years... and have remained enthusiastic.
I am not exactly sure what it is you want them to do, except to do what they're doing faster, and talk about it more. Me too.

What haven't they done that they said? AGE is 100% acquired. Vanpires is being produced - with 26 episodes paid for - money in the bank. Toy production has started - money is in the bank. AGE projects are going very well. TV show on the air, and more to come. Music business going well. Intel relationship going well. Other acquisitions are being negotiated.

I will not back off when people speculate about things like reverse splits when there is no foundation what so ever for such talk. While my comment about selling a few posts ago may have been a tad sarcastic, and I know we are all impatient, I will - so long as I believe I have some information to support my opinion - aggressively defend against points of view that I believe have no merit.

I absolutely agree that the most important thing the Company needs to do now is file Form 10 and become a reporting company. Then we will all know the numbers. My comment about more buyers had to do with the fact that many brokers and institutions do not go into non-reporting companies and that as soon as the company is reporting, there is likelihood that more buyers will start getting aboard.

For those that are displeased with the management, exactly what's your beef other than their reticence to tell you every move they are making? Because of them, you now own a very good investment, AGE, and have many projects underway.

Look, they don't need me to defend them (and I call them and tell them how lousy their releases are)but it does seem that the thread is being a little whine-y when they have just announced that the Company has pulled off what we all hoped would happen. Me, I'm celebrating (and buying while prices are low) ...
